A launching ceremony of the mizan digital platform for expedited arbitration procedures was organized on October 8, 2021 in the premises of mizan with the presence of eminent Moroccan arbitrators and lawyers from various horizons.
Interesting exchanges on the development of the platform took place and focused in particular on :

The adaptability, the fiability, the security and the efficiency of this tool which will allow from October 2021 to start internal or international arbitration proceedings and to complete them in a totally dematerialized way, in a reduced time and at very controlled costs; -
The platform, which is structured in three languages, is particularly oriented towards international operations, including those relating to persons not resident in Morocco; -
The platform is the result of a collaboration between a team of lawyers from mizan and a Moroccan legaltech who have ensured that the most advanced technological standards are respected, while guaranteeing the highest level of adaptability of the platform’s operation to both Moroccan and foreign arbitration laws; and -
It remains to be noted without any doubt the vulgarization of this innovative tool among Moroccan and foreign operators who intervene in the field of international contracts as well as the world of legal practitioners in arbitration.
