MIZAN PREDICTIVE is an algorithmic tool of legal information processing of the law of the five Arab countries of North Africa and the law of the seventeen member countries of the OHADA. The legal data collected from the laws applicable to all of the above-mentioned countries are progressively being processed according to algorithmic requirements in order to allow MIZAN PREDICTIVE to answer in natural language any legal questions that may be asked with a high margin of accuracy.
This digital tool is also intended for the digital resolution of mass litigation without human intervention. The first tests are being prepared for certain commercial contracts for which the rules of legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal origin are already included in the legal database. This digital solution should be presented to the public in its first phases of development during the year 2023.
