MODEL CLAUSE FOR MIZAN EXPEDITED ARBITRATION

The Center recommends to parties wishing to use mizan’s expedited arbitration in accordance with the Rules to insert the following standard clause in their contracts:

“Any disputes arising out of or in relation with this agreement shall be finally settled by expedited arbitration in accordance with the mizan Expedited Arbitration Rules of the mizan Arbitration and Mediation Center by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with those Rules.
