The Arbitration Court
The Mizan Arbitration Court is composed exclusively of legal practitioners specialised in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Its primary objective is to ensure the proper application of Mizan‘s arbitration and mediation rules and it has the broadest powers to do so.
It also intervenes on an occasional basis and at the request of the parties to the dispute as an administrative and quasi-judicial support in the framework of ad-hoc arbitration and mediation proceedings organised under the auspices of Mizan.
The Mizan Arbitration Court shall meet at least once a month and whenever circumstances require, upon simple convocation by its President . The rules of operation of the Arbitration Court are those set out in the Mizan Rules of Procedure.

The Secretariat
The Mizan Secretariat is staffed by people with a dual legal and administrative background and can operate in three languages Arabic, French and English. The Secretariat acts under the direct guidance of the Mizan Secretary General and is responsible for the daily administration of all the disputes submitted to the centre. The rules of operation of the Mizan Secretariat are those set out in the Mizan Rules of Procedure.
